Hunting through the vast VTO catalogue continues to bear fruit and a new title has been found.
No Limits Vol.17: Sandwich Party

VTO Ref: 6217
Director: Gerard Hauser
Cast: Vivian O'Hara (Deborah Wells), Denise Remplace, Sean Michaels, Roberto Malone, Carmen Castellano & Yves Baillat.
This is a good movie to have for fans of Deborah (is there a bad one I wonder?), not only does she appear alongside Denise Remplace she does an interracial scene with Sean Michaels.
Regards,
the colonel
Deborah Wells Addition.
Re: Thumbs
I've taken the liberty of downscaling the images to make them more
manageable:

There seems to be a third, uncredited, actress [back cover, bottom
left].

Bloody hell the ink has not yet dried and you are in posting JJ !happy!
It seems you cannot edit a post once it has been sent, is that right or have I missed it?
There might also be some truth in the old saying 'watching too much makes you go blind'...
The girl on the bottom left is none other than Denise Remplace, given your experience I would have thought you would have recognised her !wink!
The boxcovers on VTO titles are not always reliable, certainly in my experience but in this case the captures are from the movie.

Always on duty, that's me. Sleep is for wimps : -))

Alas, no.
I sympathise, as the troubles I've had with posting images would
fill several volumes.

Indeed so; I misread your post- but you do me too much credit,
as I wouldn't recognise DR if she slapped me with a wet kipper
