Rather cheap production, with a supposed incest theme. The video box cover and title would seem to suggest it deals with a violent incestuous father (Gabriel Montoya), but it is far from that.
The only recognizable name is Asia Blond (who plays a girl called "Asia", and only does a bj scene in and out of a car with Luca Bazuca, who claims to be her cousin, and Bazuca is supposed to be Montoya's nephew!), the others are slim passable-looking blondes and are probably eastern european actresses (I have no clue whether they may be in the EAGFD database). The other male actor is Luca Milano who plays Montoya's son.
The sound track is very noisy as is the music which drowns out some of the dialogue. Most of the scenes are shot outdoors (park, woods) which only adds to the noise from passing traffic, birds, wind and the like.
The blonde on box cover (who appears in last scene of the movie) is a slim, rather slim blonde with a large tattoo above her right breast.

It is Angelika Wild. They reversed photo on box cover, making her tattoo appear on right side. Quickly looking at her nude body in scene, she has strawberry colored hair, and the classic V-like shaved pubic hair as shown in EGAFD database. I would suspect she is "Angelica Rey" (a pseudonym that has apparently not cropped up yet) as billed in the movie.
I will try to give a better description of scenes and will put up a few scans if you are so eager to ID them. I will also provide scan of the male Luca Milano, I have a feeling he may be known under another name.

So basically, if anyone can examine these screencaps and ID blonde in scene 1, blonde in scene 2 and young male actor in scene 2 billed as Luca Milano. Is there really such a male actor, or has he made other movies under a different name?

Where does Angelica Wild appear in this film?

Given the nationality profile of the identified female cast, the others may likely be Polish imports, most possibly 'working girls'. I understand your definition "Eastern-European language" as Slavic. Can you identify which one? If the girls have a Polish background, chances are grim that we can spot them in many other films. Anyway, I'll take a look at Polish websites and DVD catalogues.

Bad Samaritan, Angelica Wild appears in last scene. She is the girl on box cover. JJ has already ID'd her. The hair, body features, tattoo above her breast, crotch pubes match perfectly. It's the other two blondes that need to be ID'd.
I do not know their nationalities, but they are definitely not italian. They either don't utter a word (a dead giveaway that they have no grasp of Italian) or say a few words in a eastern-european language (meaning Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, etc). Angelica is Polish and Asia Blonde is Polish as well. It may very well be the other two girls may be Polish, but I have no way of knowing. The first girl does speak quite a bit in her scene with Montoya, but I do not understand Polish or other eastern-european languages, while the second girl says nothing at all.
The names appearing on movie credits (front DVD box cover shows nothing) are revealing to some respect:
=Angelica Wild is probably "Angelica Rey" (a name that has not cropped up before).
=Asia Blonde is dead on.
="Nikki" (girl in 2nd scene) is most likely Nikky Parker, from pics posted at IAFD and EGAFD. Her nationality is unclear. Asia Blonde, Angelica Wilde and Nikky Parker have worked together in same film(s), so it seems a 100% ID in my view:


="Susi" could be any of the countless "susi", "suzi", "suzie" or other variations of this name and could be in EGAFD, IAFD or EBI.
