If the male in the scene is Jean-Yves Le Castel, it must have been very early in his career and probably around 1991-1992.

The girl could be Carole Nash

I don't see how you made the connection to Carole in particular.
Are you saying she's also in this movie? If so, could you provide
caps of the other females, if any?

Well it's a long shot, but :
Assuming that the guy is Jean-Yves Le Castel, as Len801 said, I searched his early filmography (around 1991)
By chance, I found a scene from Le Tour de Manie Velle
with B?atrice Valle.
In this scene, we can see Jean-Yves Le Castel wearing the same suit and tie than the ones he wears in the unknown movie.
Then, I supposed this is the right movie.
Finally, when I look at the actresses listed in this movie on the egafd page (http://www.egafd.com/films/details.php/id/t0088), Carole Nash is the only one that rings a bell...

But as I said, it's a long shot
