These seem to be the original Italian credits [or so I assume, from
the bi-lingual title and the strong correspondence of aliases]. I've
not seen an 'English' version.

'Paula': as all the cast are accounted-for above, unless there is
so-far-unheard evidence shouldn't this entity be dumped? Texxx makes
no mention of a 'Paula' in his discussion of the two versions [and
unfortunately gave no reason for associating 'AK' specifically with
Hoffner, in preference to Gyongy].
