On the cover it is claimed that this is a German movie from 1979 - which is poppycock. Probably another stolen title.
It actually is the film L'archisexe from 1975, apparently shot soft with later hardcore inserts.
Apart from those currently listed at IMDb for the film I noticed Claudine Beccarie, Jacques Couderc, and (here I am more tentative) Sophie Bulle.
