I'm pretty sure Kim Monroe refers to an actress. In this case Kim/XNK2592 (although I would like to know another VTO title where the name Kim Monroe appears).

XNK2591 is Anke (already posted here). I guess her alias for VTO is Casey. This name was mentioned on the box-cover of "Nimm 2" where Anke appears in a brief non-sex role. And by elimination she is credited as Casey in "Eine schrecklich geile Familie 4".
