I`m not very sure, but I think this movie is from the beginning of the 90`s.

Searching with google Titus Steel looks more from 2000's movies.

This captures are from the second scene, in the first appears the same male and a blonde girl in a washing machine.

Titus Steel started to do porn in 1996 and since the movie language seems to be German it is even more likely that the guy on the caps is actually him. In my opinion it is Titus.

The blonde looks like Nicki [2], and I'm more convinced than ever that I've
either seen this title, or got it- somewhere....
