Presumably is is locatege in Europe, possibly France (that's my guess)

I worked it out

The whie domed building is infact 'Sacre Coeur'.

The opening panning shot from:

Looks similar, very similar to the openig panning shot from:
Paris Painting - 1990 - Dino Vision Erotic Entertainment

It would not surprise me if footage was shot from the same location. While Paris Painting appears to have been shot entirely in the same Paris location, United Colours of Sex appears to take place somewhere else (in other words, the panning intro appears to have nothing to do with the remainder of the film, as (atleast some of) the film (United Colours of Sex) appears to have been shot at Hotel RM, which was also used as a location for Indiscr?tions d'h?tel - 1993

I have now seen 2 Dino Vision Erotic Entertainment productions:

Both films start with a panning shot across Paris, France.
The white domed building 'Sacre Coeur' appears in both shots, although it appears to be further away for Paris Painting.

While Paris Painting appears then take place in one location, the same location where the panning shot (above) takes place, United Colors of Sex, the sex scenes, appear to have been shot at Hotel RM. Hotel RM also appears during:

Indiscr?tions d'h?tel - 1993 - Marc Dorcel

United Colors of Sex also uses the same cottage as used for:
Olympus of Lusts, The - 1991 - Magma

..as it seems like a weird concept to create and sell to the masses

These things are dirt-cheap for companies to bulk-order- around the same cost
as logo-ed T-shirts.
They probably handed them out to stakeholders, and at public events.
