Mara [2] is Tammy

I always assumed Elke Nagold was Torekeny, based on Damen Club, a Dolly Buster movie I once saw. Of course, both Tammy and Torekeny appear in that movie, so I guess I could have mistakingly attributed the alias Elke Nagold to Torekeny rather than Tammy.

I think I've also seen her in a Rocco film, as mentioned in your original post, but I don't think Rocco's Big Mess (as per iafd) is the film I'm thinking of.

There are two True Anal Stories scenes I recall, featuring [very much] older
women: TAS16- set in a large laundry-room [or similar] starring Susie Sorrento
and Julia Swen; another set in a sewing-factory, whereafter Rocco drags his
victim out into the snow. In both the older gals get a share of Rocco meat.

I think the scene I'm thinking of is set in a large farmhouse or similar. It may be the film where he experiments with medical equipment on female backsides, maybe a sigmoidoscope (if that's the correct term) and the device surgeons use to enlarge a narrow back passage by blowing up a small balloon. Why he thought this was erotic escapes me, as does the name of the film, as I had no desire to watch it again.
