And here is another one: The male zebrafinch is searching complete films/movies with stories, where ebony girls or women are acting.
Maybe from the70/80s as well as more recent ones.

There's the added ambiguity that "ebony girls" is used to mean two different things: (i) as an alternative term to describe women of the "black" race, (ii) as a way of referring to women with a very dark skin colour.
Of course, the two groups overlap, but there are plenty of women of the former group with a very light skin colour, and conversely there are women of other races (Indian subcontinent, Australia) with very dark skin.

Lots of 'ebony' girls had appeared in European porn flicks during the 1970s but they were anonymous or ephemeral for most of the time. Some prominent names of the period were Chantal Virapin (French Antillean m?tisse), Jeannie Baker (multiracial German), and Dominique.

For some interesting early stuff from America, you can see Lialeh, marketed unabashedly as "The Black Deepthroat" and featuring the first black female porn star Jennifer Leigh.

I thought one of the first US pioneers in that field was Matt Cimber (Jayne Mansfield's ex) with AFRICANUS SEXUALIS (1970)

I've never heard of that film before but from what I read it seems to be a phony Mondo film with overemphasised sexploitation. On the other hand, Lialeh features a mainly black cast with some 'token' white figures. The plot makes it a genuine blaxploitation porn flick indeed, with a horny girl named Lialeh (Jennifer Leigh) fresh from the gospel choir and a pimp-like club owner named Arlo (Lawrence Pertillah) who employs her.

What makes me consider this one as something further interesting is that it's a musical the themes of which were composed by Bernard Purdie, a prominent jazz-funk musician. Furthermore, its cinematographer is Paul Goldsmith who was also the cinematographer for Oscar-winning documentary When We Were Kings. Additionally, it has later disco queen Andrea True in a lez scene.

Also, Tongue was somehow marketed as "the first major black erotic film". It was launched by using Brigitte Maier's name but the rest of the female performers are black.

Matt Cimber's AFRICANUS SEXUALIS (1970) was essentialy a "pseudo-documentary" (meaning fake documentary) like a lot of the late 1960 and very early 1970's movies that were being made in Europe and the USA, to get around censorship laws.
However, I mentioned it because it was one of the very first movies with explicit sex scenes involving blacks.
LIALEH (1974) was a fiction feature movie involving at least one black femalle performer (Jennifer Leight, which IAFD does not even identify her ethnicity). It was made around 4 years following the Cimber groundbreaking movie.
TONGUE seems to have made/released around or some time after LIALEH, but I do not know enough about it to determine whether it featured black female performers in any significant role.
Zebrafink was mainly interested female black performers.
