There are stories all over the internet abou the tragic death of a 22-23 year old blonde with the nickname of "Sexy Cora" (real name Carolin Berger), who is described as a "porn star". Her death is linked to a breast enhancement operation she was undergoing in Hamburg.

some odds: she was usually filmed in short porno clips, from one source there were about 45 clips filmed, last year issued 2 hours DVD "Sexy Cora - Be Famous - Geiler Versauter Echter" with most interesting scenes.

Some women (working in porn) who have a large bone/body structure can accomodate a reasonably done breast enhacement.
Bu it gets very ugly when the girl's/woman's body is naturally slim (worsened by the small height of that person) and the girls and their stupid/irresponsible plastic surgeons want to plant ugly basketballs on their skinny chest. And when you add unsightly ink and metal in every nook and cranny of that body, then it becomes a train wreck.
These girls don't remember the story of Lolo Ferrari and every new generation has to learn (the hard way) anew.
