According to some Dvd sites her name is Alexandra. But is none of the Alexandras listed in EGAFD:

Many of the girls featured in the RMM series appeared [AFAIK!] nowhere else.
The names are fucked-up, too- Thring can be almost as bad as d'Amato in this
respect..... I only have a Natasha listed for RMM4, but I think 'your' girl
may also have appeared in vol. 4.

I know some of the girls in the earliest RMM series (there you have Barbara Rose and Yasmine, although they have different names -i think Yasmine is Olga there-). Regarding this 'Alejandra', she just gets naked, so I guess it's the only scene she ever made... too bad!
