Haven't seen the film either, but I think it's more likely a coincidence of pose.
IMO the unknown's face is harsher and the nose differently-shaped.

The obvious difference is the tattoo on the ankle which has never shown up in anything of hers I've seen ..all be it picture sets which could easily be manipulated ala janine lindemulder and her disappearing tattoo carpet

Given they dated from around the same time was always a guess hence the ?
