o/t why cant I access email addys?

Been off line for a few days last week till Friday as I needed a virus (JS Seeker) clearing out of my system. As a result, ALL my files etc were deleted which is a ball ache. Since I have had it back, I cannot get info on email addresses from posters on this forum. Each time I click the name, I am required to log on with a user name and password that is totally new to me. Any advice would be VERY much appreciated. Looking to locate a few out there that I need to contact soon.
