First name from your link, confirmed by Le Dictionnaire (but the only instance of the name). Second name from Le Dictionnaire (for the hard version, Lingeries fines et perverses, a separate entry, but again the only instance of the name.

I've also seen mention of a Cathy Foulon somewhere on the net in relation to Petits derri?res tr?s accueillants (but incorrectly). This spelling is not in the index of names in Le Dictionnaire.

I had the same thoughts, but I would not know either way. It's certainly a possibility, because her part in La Femme en spirale is quite substantial.
