I think I figured it out. It's Veronica Suara in the film Amber Lynn's Bedtime Stories (2000).

If the pic is meant for IAFD database, they will reject it, due to explicit nature of its content. As you are probably aware all the headshots IAFD will publish contain no nudity or explicit sexual content. It has to be a "tame" picture of sufficient quality to really show the performer's facial features.
EGAFD and EBI follow somewhat different policy for performer's picture(s).
To submit a pic or information to IAFD, you have to go either to the movie page or performer page (as is with the present situation)

=click on the blue "submit bio corrections" button
=complete the "corrections" box and provide link to picture
=indicate your "handle" and e-mail address where they can contact you if they need to ask you clarifications for your submission
=and after authenticating your sunbmission with captcha codes, just hit "submit corrections" blue button.

Ok, thanks for the heads-up.

Does IAFD also have a forum like here? I don't seem to find it anywhere.

It does, but unfortunately it exists outside of their own website:

You would have to register in order to post (as was the case with this EGAFD forum).
On a personal note, you have better success in forwarding pics and information about a performer or a movie directly on the the IAFD site in the way I outlined in my previous post.
