She is from Czech Republic, born circa 1977.
Of the US and Euro movies she appeared in from 2007-2009 (my analysis of her filmography) she usually was billed as follows: Manuela, Manuella, Manella, Mannella. She has continued to appear in movies since that time, but I have not yet fully analysed those movies. However, I would wager she has not used Monica Bellisenni except on a rare occasion.

While I am absolutely certain of Mannella's presence in these movies, I am unfamiliar with the rest of the cast in these movies and cannot point you to a more definite ID regarding them. If someone wants to examine the box covers and small thumbnails in the links I have provided (and provide feedback here in this topic with regards to the other unidentified performers), it would be greatly appreciated.
