I seriously doubt it. Not many French performers of that period were active for very long.
MILF/mature genre movies were not really made in those days, so these porn stars faded away rather quickly. There are some exceptions in the male performer category like Alban Ceray (who basically reappeared in small non-sex roles and cameos).
I am not aware of any female French porn actesses of the 1980's who may be still doing porn today. Even in the USA there are only a handful of 1980's female porn stars who are still chugging along (Nina Hartley, Amber Lynn, Ginger Lynn, etc).

Thank you for the info , it is sad that even in France actresses dies because of drugs just like in the USA . I loved her particularly in "Gamine en chaleur" and "Stephanie recto verso" Those movies are in the center location of my library
