I still need to ID two girls, credited as Claudia Rose and Patrizia Verde. They are these two:

I am 100% sure that the girl on the right is already listed in the EGAFD with a picture. I just can't remember her name right now, though.

The listed girl is Valeria Horj.

The second female [and I had to look several times] is Lisa Gaston.
I was almost convinced it wasn't her in the BJ-only segment with Miro da Nola,
but in the later jump-cut to a BBBG you can see more clearly her then-new
enhancements, and the upper-arm tat.
On a quick look-see I'm not convinced the geisha-made-up gal who partners
[a likewise pancaked] Carolyn is really Maria Szolontai, but I can for the present
offer no solider guess.
