I don't know any of the female cast in this movie.
Because of the pervasive condom use in French movies I have not watched anything from that part of the continent in several years.
However based on the video box cover there are only 4 actresses: Liza Del Sierra, Jessie Volt, Katya De Lys, Shannya Tweeks.
Based on the caps of each scene shown on this web site

it is quite obvious the scene breakdown is as folows:
Scene 1: Liza Del Sierra, Pascal St. James, Jessie Volt (non sex) (this is the scene linked in your first post)
Scene 2: Katya De Lys, male
Scene 3: Liza Del Sierra, Jessie Volt (lesbian scene)
Scene 4: Jessie Volt, male (his face not visible in the caps)
Scene 5: Shannya Tweeks, 2 males (Ian Scott + another male)

The blonde on the right side of the video box cover is clearly Jessie Volt, and the girl in first scene is the very same person (she is dressed up in uniform, her blonde hair combed back, but her nose and face are very clearly seen, there should not be any confusion). Liza del Sierra is introduced as custom agent Sanchez, while the blonde girl Offman (Jessie Volt) is a new recruit Sanchez is instructed in training (from boss Pascal St. James).
