Against personal inclination, I've added it- my overriding consideration being
that it isn't being marketed as a comp. and I dislike the implicit dishonesty in
that oversight.

I was not aware it was a comp. I did not fully investigate the scenes. I am not that
familiar with Paradise title or marketing practices.
If it does not qualify for inclusion, no big deal.
