Google is my friend, and i did find the cover. The quality was small, and there was no rear cover

At-least you tired. The cover, atleast a high quality image of it, appears to be quite rare.

I found the Hotel a long time ago 
..and yes, Le Betisier du X features Debbie van Gils. I havn't seen the film yet, although the footage, from Marc Dorcel, is of the blooper nature. It's new in the sense that it hadn't been released prior to the release of Le Betisier du X. I'm surprized they hung on to old video footage for all these years.
