There seem to be a DVD release of A Winter Wettingland under the label "British Extreme". And by viewing the cover and the screencaps in comparison to the description on the x-streams website, it seems, that the DVD contains part 1 & 2 with a length of 1:38. Normaly the vids of this site has only a length of 50-60 min. So they possibly packed Part 1 & 2 in one DVD. But I can't verify that, because on the website of x-streams is no information about the length of the films.
As from this link from adultdvdtalk, this DVD has following release date: 4/9/2004
