Hello everyone.
While browsing xHamster for some Vintage movies, I came across this "unusual" clip (which, I believe, is either Spanish or Italian....can't really figure out the language is spoken, here), and I wanted to know if someone of you have either watched the whole movie featuring this clip (and therefore can help me ID this movie), or knows who are the performers in this clip.

Any clue about this clip?
At the beginning there's a "Der Blinde" title. But, browsing EGAFD and IAFD I could not seem to find any movie with this title.
