Gianna = Regina Kern
I didn't see Herz-Lust in which Gianna is credited. But from the galleries
both have the same tattoos at the upper arms and above the left breast.
They have both a stud in the left nostril and it seems as if they are wearing
the same necklace.
Also it seems, that she has the same piercing in the left ear, but it is hard to
tell, as the pic from Herz-Lust isn't that good.
Iafd has also a separate listing for Gianna and Regina Kern and Jill
Jill and Regina Kern were merged at egafd because of this thread
