I've been mulling her over for a good while. Don't think I ever deduced
a useable name for her, and I think the only title you listed which I
might be able to access is NfA - although I've seen her in several other
things that you didn't mention. She almost always appears wearing a
gold (or gold-coloured) nekclace with a name (hers?) on, but I've not
managed to decipher it.
If you care to do a full-ish breakdown of one of those films we'll add
her, and take it from there.
