A friend of mine aksed me to help him about the following:

Pornstars turn to actresses or visa versa. So the basic question is, can you give me some names when a porn actress goes to mainstream media - TV, movies and when this is reversed? TV, movies to porn movies.

I'm sure there are several examples in Europe, where the frontier is
less sharply-delineated than in the US/UK. Brigitte Lahaie springs to
mind, but other peeps will know more.
