HIV & STI Tests Outside London

Hi there. Does anyone know where to get the tests done outside of London. It's not so much the cost of the tests that bothers me. It's having to shell out for train fare too!! Any ideas would be much appreciated x

they are realy nice in there i do not pay for mine, also as i go every 3 weeks they book mine in advance for me, although they write the results by hand, if you ask the head nurse she will have them print you a cover note , with your id's on there,

We're nearly 12 months on from all the bluster of the HIV scare in the US and the resulting move to 30 day certs and we're still in this position where those of us in Yorkshire have NOWHERE to get a cert at a reasonable fee...

I've spoken to Alexis about this today and it seems Leeds is the same as the rest of Yorkshire - no GUM clinic will give you the cert... yes, they'll do ya the tests but no they wont give you the cert...

May one ask what happened to BAHIA?

Im in leeds to and its a pain in the neck getting a certificate. I have to travel down to London Indigo clinic everytime I need to get one, as it seems the cheapest way to do it paying ?40 for a return train ticket!

It be a lot easier if there was somewhere in Leeds / Yorkshire to get tested & get a certificate, without having to pay ?200 a time (which is what the Nuttfield private hospital charge in Leeds!) If you ever find anywhere in the northeast that you can get it done easily and cheaply drop me an e-mail, cheers
