SPONSORSHIP?

Hi

I was woundering if there is a possiblity in getting a sponsor like say if a tgirl wants to get her boobs done or have laser treatments she could goto the sponsor to get money and pay back through what she earns in movies?

Reason I say is that I have come out to family now and I would really like to go full time as woman and be in adult movies I feel I could contribute allot.
