East European girls visiting UK

Hi,

How do people view working with Eastern European girls visiting the UK?

Can they work based on certs from their home country, or do people want Uk certs?

(I ask because while I know what I think I've seen posts about girls from outside Uk making short trips, and even going private you couldn't be sure of getting a Uk cert before day 4 of any trip).

I'd like comments for

I've got some contacts and we might have some coming over.

Also, what is a resonable fee per shoot for solo girl work, (when dealing with pro photographers shooting cute girls for commercial publication).

Re your comment on fees, do you mean for any girl, or foreign girls visiting? I pay the same, but it can vary on each job, as my budget varies depending on what Im shooting

I wouldn't think it would make any difference for fees whether she was visiting or not - but I know that solo has a big range depending on the budget and the end use.

So I suppose I want an idea of what you pay when you have a medium / high budget, and the girl fits the look you want.
