I see nobody's responded to this, and in some respects I suppose I understand why..

But for me there is a real sadness here.. It was with CandiceParis that I first got involved, in my odd parochial way, with this business two or three years ago.. I shot Candice herself solo down there in Bristol - and she was a lovely girl.. I know things later went badly wrong for her - but I do hope she's happy now at least with whatever she's doing...

And Candice introduced me to the wonderful Angel Long.. Believe it or not, so ignorant and naive was I then that I hadn't so much as heard of Angel.. the two girls, both the best part of 6' tall, slim and toned as supermodels, came into the room together that day in matching tartan mini-skirts and white knickers... they went on to do for me my first watersports shoot..

And Angel introduced me to - or at least eased my introduction to - the then very shy, now totally accomplished, McKenzie Lee.. And so it goes on.. I never realised then what a variety of girls the business would offer, nor what wealth of motivation and approach these girls would encompass.. The education continues.. I shot Lolly not so long ago, and just this last week I've been stunned - and nearly drowned - by the amazing Crystel-lei.. And every girl seeks and offers something different.. and yet I know the waters haven't flowed smoothly for all of them, by any means..

So, though I met James only once or twice, and I woudn't presume to judge or comment on anything that's happened in his world, nonetheless I'm saddened by this news.. It closes a sort of chapter and I find it puts things into perspective..
