Confused about footage.

Hi guys, Im confused, I want to mainly do video footage but I would also love to do high quality pictures too. The problem is when I take pictures while the movie is being recorded all you can hear in the background is a click click click of each picture taken which is bad especially when I want to sell dvd's etc.

Anyone know a way round this problem.

Also any sudden movements of a hand for example makes the hand while moving look pixelated and a bit blurry. Im not sure if its my camcorder( ahdc JVC GZ-MG7OE).

As you can read im a bit new to this and a bit lost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats exactly it but not as bad when a hand is moving hand etc. Is there a reason why it is like this? I even looked at the originals from the camcorder and its just as bad even after editing.

de-interlace the footage, that will sort it out, you can usually do it when you export from whatever you edit on .

Hi

We use a 3ccd digital camera & a 8mp camera on one bar so both cameras are next to each other, if you have a camera that can have the shutter sound switched off do this. John then gets 100's of pics from each shoot & don't miss any important cum shots etc, its a bit like the washboard & thimble thing - cheap & cheerful but it works good.
