Please state your maximum working levels and experience.

Please attach several recent photographs or a link to a website that features you.

Please provide your age, dress size and at least 2 references.

Reliability is absolutely essential so if you are not serious or dependable this is NOT for you. Model release required on shoot day plus i.d.

To those that have already applied, thank you for your interest. I have of course responded privately to everyone but a public thank you to those I've worked with so far, looking forward to working with those I've arranged bookings with and to those that for whatever reason it hasn't worked out, I wish you every success in your future endeavours.
