Studio Sets - What are you all looking for??

In the process of clearing out the basement of my shop and looking into building a few film sets, one of which will be a gothic type set due to the fact it is an old listed building with beams and loads of cobwebs!!

I need to see what other studio/film sets people are looking for so if anyone has some ideas please let me know as I will be looking to rent this space out to interested parties.

I know the main ones would be a bedroom set and an office set but would like to try something different if I can.

Any advice gratefully received.
