Message for models and togs

Mark Whyatt was sacked from UK Models for a number of reasons relating to his mis management of the Nottingham studio, and his inappropriate conduct towards models.

UK Models sent out the aforementioned email to disassociate ourselves from Mark and to make people aware that he no longer represented UK Models

Currently we are awaiting legal advice on a number of points, and will act on them:

1. We have a number of models considering their next moves with regards to Mark's inappropriate conduct towards them, which includes harassment. The models are unsure if they want to take the matter further due to the publicity that this would involve. The models at this time wish to remain anonymous, but are prepared to talk about their experiences with Mark to other models so as to avoid the situation arising again. We will give full support and legal backing of any action the models wish to take. Any models that wish to contact us about their experiences that we are currently not aware of are welcome to do so.

Since the email to all our clients and models we have already had feed back from one model who is member of this site who can confirm the points made above, and has received support from other members on this site.

2. Mark has stolen items from UK Models and after reporting the items to the police he admitted to them that he had our Visa machine, but nothing else. Well we still await the return of the Visa machine, and will take legal action if this is not return to the studio.

3. Over a period of 12 months during his time with UK Models he shot a large number of portfolio shoots for the company, and has refused to hand over the said images. We have models that spent time at our studio in Nottingham without the images to promote them due to his actions.

Mark mentions in his post about taking legal action against us, and this is something that we would welcome as everything contain above is FACT. We are happy to state the facts as everything is well documented.

Mark also comments about the use of the studio by a customer who hires the place to run their "spanking school" this does seem very rich to say that the school has been running during the whole of Mark's management of the studio with Mark being present during the hire! Our policy is that we don't discriminate towards our customers, and as long as it is legal and consensual we are happy to allow bookings of this nature as we do for hardcore shoots, and soft-core alike.

Sorry for this as we don't like to air our dirty washing in public, but when it comes down to it we have duty to models to ensure that they are treated in the correct way.
