Lolly Badcock More Crap Talk
I was just reading the latest issue of DVD World. There was a piece on lolly explaining what she has lined up for the future and her current contract with TVX. Then in the Interview she gives her website a plug, well considering lolly you havent updated your site in heaven knows how long isnt this misleading. Lolly also states that her first B/G scene will be made for her website only. May i suggest lolly that u try doing a few regular updates for your site rather than ripping of punters. Either that or stop talking crap.

It sounds to me like there was a considerable lapse in time between the interview being given and the interview being published. If this is the case and it's entirely plausible, then it's no fault of Lolly's.

Give me a break! ..... i am not talking crap........
The interview was done ages ago..... well before my website was part of my current divorce so is currently on hold as detailed in previous posts.
I am sorry if the interview has upset you but it is completly out my hands and when the interview was done i could not predict the future.
On the outside of my website it cleary states in the "latest news/updates section" the last time it was updated ( August) and also on the non members section of the site in the video & picture section it shows the date of the last update ( Pictures - August , Videos - April ) so you can see before you join that it isnt being updated.

Keni the interview may well have taken place some time ago when that was i dont know. The fact remains i just checked the site and the last update was on
14/08/07. Nearly 3 months on and nothing new, thank god i cancelled a while back. At the end of the day for the average punter who pays ?20 a month subscription to the site its not on. And lolly should either update the site or shut it down. Its not rocket science.

I've not been to the site but if as Lolly says it shows August being the last time it updated then it should be clear to all reasonable thinking people that the site isn't updating.
If it never updates again there is no harm in leaving it up as an archive site. I'm gonna presume there is a decent amount of content on there and if so what's to stop someone who hasn't been a member before from signing up for a month to enjoy content of Lolly?
As long as there is somewhere on the site where you can see if a site is or isn't updating I don't see what the problem is. It's then up to the individual to decide if they want to join or not.

It seems Lolly answered your criticism and you didn't even notice it was from her using Keni's profile.
You also missed the most important point in her reply...... She can't update the site as it is part of her divorce settlement.
I know Lolly personally and know she is very serious about her site and no doubt the fact that she can't update it at the moment is pissing her off more than it is you!

If the website is part of Lolly's divorce proceedings, then she's probably legally obliged not to touch it.

Tony is correct...it would be argued by Lolly's counsel that it currently makes no sense for her to add new content to the site (if she is indeed actually able to do so...her access may have been disabled) because you could lose said content if ownership of said site was awarded to her ex as part of the proceedings.
Should Lolly lose said site, then said new content (which is currently being held back) could form the basis of a new site.
If she were to add new content to the existing site, then her ex's counsel could try to argue that said content was substandard (in terms of production values, talent, performance...whatever), and was deliberately made so in an attempt to damage the site/brand. So again, it's best for Lolly to simply do nothing until all the legal loose ends are well and truly tied up.
Some people may not like that, but that's the way it is and the way it is going to be until everything gets sorted out.
