Could you clarify a few points as I do not even understand what or who you are looking for:

means to me that you already have the models, right so that should be a content share, which means that the models do not get paid but get content for their web site, fair enough ....

Sounds like you have three girls you need five, just because you decided that it should be five, you invite photographers to a place that you have not booked at an unknown date for an unknown fee, still looking for models and stating clearly that the models will not get paid, am I right????

Could you please put something together first and then publish it as it sounds like u just had an idea and did not work on it.

furthermore if the togs gotto pay, why isn't the money going to the models?? at least in part ... should cover g/g fees and transport. it is only decent.

Sounds to me like the guys booked 3 models, will be booking two more, and will be shooting them in London, in August...

He is looking for other togs to join him in photographing the girls, in return for splitting the fees he is paying the girls?

Well that would be the basics, but where does the "content share" comes into play??? how can you book anyone when you do not know the place, date or time??? that, to me is part of the confusion ...

The content share would be between the togs... Each tog would shoot his own shots, from diff angles, and pay part of the cost for the girls...

Yeah, to models can get together, get shot and keep the pics for their own sites, and that's a content share...

But if two or more togs pay a group of models (ie 5 - Possibly more models together than either could usually individually afford) then that's also a content share...

As for the time and place, hes said 'August' that gives him a month to judge interest. If say four other togs are wanting to get in on it, then with the resources of a total of five togs, they can collectively afford a better location, than say just 2 guys shooting them... I would assume...

But hey, its not my shoot so....

Content sharing is bad business sense.

No exclusivity for anyone. i dont care what angle you shoot from. its still the same shoot.

If the photographers are doing it for fun then thats ok

here we are. confusion cleared, I do however wholeheartedly agree with Terry though, in terms of business why would I put my money into shooting something that others are shooting as well? because if my pics are not exclusive then what can I expect in terms of return on investment???

Now if it is just amateurs for fun doing a cost share then of course, totally different story.

The only content share that is worth doing is shooting a set with two or three models and the pics are going into the member's sections of each model's web site, that indeed does work.
