I have posted this on other forums and thought I might give it a try here also.

Hello Guys and Girls,
I'm James and I run a website in the UK called UK Girls Downloads. Completely self taught in all things web design and internet and have been running it since 2004.
I now realise that to take this website further I need to enlist the help of someone knowledgeable in the fine art of pushing or pulling, whatever you call it, traffic to my site to achieve fantastic sales so that I can go and buy an Aston Martin ( We can all dream, cant we?!!)
Seriously, if anyone is looking for a job, on a profit share split on sales, let me know.

This is a serious job offer and I am not looking for chancers who think they know how to do it or just want a free sign-up 'to see how the site is laid out' or 'can I look in on a video shoot to get a feel for the business'.

There is the potential for serious earnings here.

One of my "clients" runs adult websites along side his regular website work and I have been in a fortunate position to get some free advice of him for increasing traffic tough job I am afraid in this day and age of the net with so much "free porn" available.

I am sure he would help you out but no way on a profit share basis you would have to pay the going rate I am afraid

Thankfully I'm not after cash, just someone who knows their stuff.

Dave, I am only prepared to pay on results. I had 2 friends who ran a non-porn website selling goods. They 'employed' a company at ?1000 a month to boost traffic. It took the guys 6 months to realise that said company failed miserably. With that in mind I am only prepared to pay on results. I am not saying your 'client' would be the same, but I aint taking no chances.

Someone with knowledge in this could make serious money here.

James trust me this guy get serious results if I tell you he lives in a property worth just over a million has a fantastic lifestlye and is only 31 that should tell you he knows his stuff a few tips he has given me make 100% sense and are being implemented on my site at the moment ok so I get free advice and others have to pay speculate to accumalte and if the guy has a proven track record which he has it cant be all bad

Just to support James - he's one of the good guys with a great site - he posted elsewhere that he is paying affiliates 50%.

So if you can produce business there is money to be had.

not knocking James at all just pointing out its a hard job to generate traffic and you need a good guy who knows all the tricks in order to do it unfortunatly in my experiance in life you get what you pay for as a single guy producer myself I look to achive as much as possible and have been inspired by guys such as walter paul Taylor and a few others

Thanks Paul, I dont expect people to do things for nothing, so 50% for an affiliate is only fair.

I will repeat my offer. I am willing to offer a percentage of the income to UK Girls Downloads (double figure percentage as well) to someone who can increase the traffic and sales to the site.
