I've just done a search Tanya, and it looks like someone is using your name and email add, but the password has been set by the person using your details, so cant access your/their emails, i'm all confused now, lol.

If the e-mails are coming to your direct mail, just put in your user name and re set the password, this will be sent to your e-mail

i managed to access it and remove the profile as it had nothing on it .
