My business partner and I are starting a small production company, and
we are looking for a photographer to assist us on a paid basis.

You will have no rights whatsoever to the photographs

I have a little experience behind the camera, but not enough to feel
confident, and so would rather hire someone professional initially, and then see how it goes.

My partner has done some 10+ videos with other production companies.
