What exactly is cropping or crop in porn terminology?

The only cropping I know to do with films or photography is when you crop someone out of a shot who you don't want in that shot.

You "crop" pix to get rid of any bits you don't want.
If you are emailing them or posting to the web, you "crop" to make them smaller and hence easier to download/receive.

Perhaps dissapointingly to you, it has nothing to do with a lady's nether regions.
