east london location sought

I'm looking for a warm, relatively characterful location in East or North-East London for a TVX shoot this coming weekend. Anywhere really -- function room of a pub, empty office, somewhere with some furniture. Haven't started looking myself yet, just wondered if anyone knew of anywhere off the top of their heads. Ta very much.

Much like the place we both knew of in Braintree, the owner has to be careful with his neighbours, so he restricts it to photoshoots, but is OK with video as long as the crew and cast are discrete and don't make too much noise. Ric
