Help with getting certs!!??

Hiya, i need a std/sti cert and im not sure how to go about it. I have rang my gum and there is a drop in this week...do i go there? if so...will they charge me on the day?

Ye syou can go to your local gum clinic but you have to be firm and frank with them about why you are there other wise it takes ages as they insit on going through your sexual history etc every time and when you have had a busy month its often quite hard to work out how much unprotected sex you have had. Take some photo Id with you and again be firm that you need written certs with your name on as I know few people have been given the results with no name making them usless. You may want to hint that you need them or you will loose work as they could tell you they will take up to two weeks to come back and they can do it quicker.

If its a NHS gum the certs you will get wont look very good as in the bit of paper you get looks like somthing you can knock up at home on your computer.
Oh and they dont like it when you say your in porn and they dont like it when you say you need them pronto and printed out

My nhs place didmt mind a bit that I was in porn infact they skipped alot of the irrelevant paper work for me and rushed them through if I had work coming up. Any certs can be faked we do all this on trust so I thinkits a little miss eading to say some are better than ithers and going private is very expensive id rathr people got cheap looking nhs ones than felt forced to fake expensive private looking ones.
