Website builders please read

Someones asked me if I know anyone who can build a template page with paypal like the one shown here. Note: NOT a website, a template page. Email any questions or quotes only.

what do you mean by template page? it is a webpage, designed and coded in the example that you showed

The reason i said template is he can replicate that one page (like a web designer would do by just adding diffent photos and price)
The problem is easier by actually speaking to someone like he did today as it is far easier than writing it down in words, you can answer questions instantly in minutes... any confusion is quickly resolved, rather than firing 3 million emails to get the other person to understand the needs.
He can look at the site the builder can look at the site and talk requirements

And this probably doesn't make sense either...
