student visas and adult modelling

Hi everyone

I come seeking knowledge and advice! We have a super hot 19 year old aussie girl wanting to shoot for us, never done adult before but really up for it but she is a little worried about her student visa , are there an exclusions meaning foreign nationals on student visas can?t do porn? I said she should be ok but I don?t want to get the poor girl kicked out of the country.

Anyone with experience or a little knowledge on the matter please help asap.

I'm certainly not professing to be an expert, but I would think the real issue is not the nature of the work per se, (ie porn vs working as a waitress) but whether her student visa allows her to undertake work of ANY sort.

I guess you need to ask your student the exact t&c's of her visa, and also check out the relevant legal information - try the UK Border Agency website for instance? They normally have a gamut of guides and FAQs to help.

Sounds like a Tier 4 adult student visa.

You are allowed to work part time in term time, full time in vacations.

Part time is up to 20 hours a week.

So, start filming her adventures
