Anyone have a booking contact for Danielle Mannaken, currently on SexStation TV?

This is what I don't understand about some (apparently busy) models - if they don't have an easily searchable website presence, and they don't have any link from their bgafd listing, and they're not on AIR, and there aren't any active agencies to list them, how the hell are people offering them work? :-)
