I have a friend of of mine well established in the adult industry who is currently looking for a property / venue where the owner may require a live in person to manage the parties & also look after the property.

References & meeting available at anytime.

Property preferably in kent if anyone knows of suitable place.

That you know somebody who wants to BE a live-in manager of a swingers club

OR...

You know a swingers club that needs a live-in manager?

Yes i know someone available to be live in manager. Fully experienced in this field of work

If they are fully experienced then they will probably know all the UK swingers clubs already (there really anrt that many) they probably already know which ones are likely to have live in positions which could probably count on one or two fingers so why arnt they simply cold calling them all?

He knows most venues & looking at one shortly but out of kent. I think he is looking more house type rather than a building setup just for parties.
