need advice on private collector videos

Hi there,
Wondered if anyone can drop me a few bits of info on this as dont want to rip anybody off and want to do it right.

I have recently had alot of requests for private videos to be made by myself to send to my fans.
I have a hd video camera so i can produce this for the customer but.........

What is the average time a vid should be for the collector or is that just down to the individual wanting the video?
What price should i charge and how should i charge??
Last question..........whats the best way to send out?Should i transfer to cd?
