Ordering from Video Angels

Just wondering if any one on the forum has ordered from Video angels as I recieved their catalogue & sent my order (for DVD's) to them via post to the address in Leeds in February, but to date have not recieved my order? It is now April and I was wondering If it takes this long to recieve the order, has any one had this problem? What do you reckon I should do? Any advice would be greatful.

Try writing to Video Angels and ask about your order, I'm sure they might be able to track it down for you, I've personally not ordered any thing from them mate but your best bet is to write to this e-mail: info@videoangels.com

If you go to the links on the left,then video suppliers home,click on page 3,
you will see email addy and phone numbers for contact with a firm recommendation from the Guys here

I'm sure if this is the same outfit run by Officer Dibble & P R Mann(regular posters in the main forum) you will get a response eventually

I E-mailed Video Angels & They got my order but they seem to be having a problem getting the DVD's from the DVD plant, So the only thing they could offer is the Video version of the titles.So i shall have to change my order to VHS instead, shame really I would have prefered DVD as its better quality, but I guess VHS will have to do.
If any one is making any orders for DVD from Video Angels please find out before hand If they are able to send you the DVD format of your choosen titles as they may only have the VHS. E-mail info@videoangels.com

Yes, they told me the same story having waited some two months. That was back in January!! I then ordered the VHS versions and they promised (when I asked) an extra vid to make up for the difference in price. No joy.
Incidentally, the stuff I got was pure rubbish.

I got two solo girls, one lesbian and a hetero collection. The solo tapes were boring in the extreme with very little effort at teasing or decent masturbation. Just stick it in there and groan. The two girl vid was of the tongue touching variety of kissing + some poor dildo efforts. The boy/girl one was of such poor quality that I ff.d most of it. All in all, nothing of any merit.

The only reason they would be "having trouble getting the dvds" is I would imagine, down to cash

All orders for DVD's and Videos from manufacturers etc, can be turned around very very quickly these days.

Well It's now been a few weeks now since I e-mailed Video Angels. Still no sign of anything? I had to change my DVD order to VHS cause they have problems with the DVD plant which they can't seem to resolve, Also on the Website they still have the DVD option yet they can't deliver the DVD so they promised me 2 more videos for the delay, I think its time they updated this and also let people know the problems before any one orders. Just wondering If any one has ordered any thing from them recently and did they recieve it or I'm I the only unlucky one? maybe this might be a problem just for UK orders and fine for the overseas customers.
I shall write a review on the Video Angels retailers page link once I get my order, until then I shall continue to wait....and wait. I have e-mailed again so I hope Its better luck this time.

Any more suggestions welcome.
