hcc delivery times

can anyone tell me what the delivery times are like i ordered a couple
of vids two weeks ago the cheque was cashed last week but no vids yet
sorry if im on the wrong forum .

Some hcc deliveries are quicker than others. I wouldn't panic yet. Allow another week, then send them an email.

Send an email NOW Paul, ensure you tell them the cheque details and your order. Even if it IS a genuine mishap at their end, they will at least geton the ball. Or you could wait another week and do this then.

I've ordered recently from HCC myself - and yes, my order did take longer to arrive than I was told on the telephone - BUT IT DID ARRIVE.

It actually annoys me somewhat that people post messages like this BEFORE trying to contact the company concerned first.

A week or so after I my order from HCC had been due to arrive I despatched a polite email to Mr Mann just to confirm that my order hadn't been "lost" or "orphaned" - a polite reply came back within an hour or two confirming it had been posted the day previously and explaining why delays are sometimes inevitable...

It does seem rather "illogical" to post here BEFORE approaching those concerned.

I genuinely recommend HCC as a reputable, quality supplier and NO, I don't work for them.

I do accept that there was no direct criticism, nor any real inference either... but unfortunately, such is this medium of communication, I'm afraid that people can draw the wrong conclusion from the written words. It's all down to personal interpretation....

I do genuinely get annoyed that reputable companies can suffer an injustice - by all means name and shame those who fail the customer- but I'd just like to see people give a little thought to the possible consequences of their words.

If I hadn't used HCC, as a result of your post, I dare say I'd think twice before placing an order.... Unfortunately, it's a shadowy business is porn, ad as a result you have to have your wits about ya a little more than you would if you ordered "the simpsons" via Virgin Online... Nature of the game - therefore any question marks hanging over a porn supplier is gonna have an effect on consumer confidence...

I ordered a month ago and nothing yet. I have e-mailed several times but have had no reply. I know hcc are reputable having used them before but something must have gone wrong. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
